Genes of the Rich and Famous

Forbes.com has an article, linked by the Genomics X PRIZE site, on the celebrities, such as Larry King, Paul Allen, Lance Armstrong, Esther Dyson, Michael Milken, and Stephen Hawking who are among the rich and famous involved with the Genomics X PRIZE. Additional prize money can be won by sequencing the genes of these celebrities, chosen both for their fame (to help increase interest in the competition and the associated research) and for their ability to draw attention to the help cost-effective gene sequencing can give to combat different ailments these celebrities have (such as heart disease).
