Space Open Source and Competitions #2

Moon amateurs invite rover designs from the public - Open Space Exploration Journal - This is meant more to feature the OSEJ blog than the particular post they recently made. A lot of the fairly detailed posts feature open source Google Lunar X PRIZE team FREDNET, but the blog covers other ground, too, including prizes like the N-Prize and America's Space Prize.
